The party you can trust to tell you first

Aver means to declare something true. AverFirst exists to tell banks, payment service providers and acquirers what is true about their infrastructure, their merchants and their risk — and to tell them first.

Why we exist

To give institutions that move money one place to establish what is true about their risk, with the evidence to act on it.

Security, payment risk and compliance are usually split across vendors and teams. Each tool has its own data, its own alerts and its own version of events. Signals that belong together are seen apart, and the hardest question after an incident — what did we know, and when? — has no single answer.

We think that question deserves one answer, kept with its evidence, and available before it is needed.

The long-term vision

A unified, modular security ecosystem

We are building AverFirst as one platform — identity, access, audit, data and evidence — with each solution area as a module on top of it. An institution starts with the module it needs and adds others without a new vendor, a new login or a new silo.

Over time the modules sharpen each other. A merchant flagged by risk monitoring is worth a closer look at its infrastructure; a failing payment flow is worth setting beside the configuration change that came before it. One platform sees both.

Today the platform foundation is live, and the solution areas are being designed and built on it in stages.

How we intend to work

We say only what is true
We describe what exists today as existing, and what we are building as being built. No borrowed logos, no invented numbers.
We earn trust with evidence
A finding, a decision or a claim about our own platform should come with what it rests on, so it can be checked.
We protect what we are given
Data entrusted to us is used for the purpose it was given for. We do not sell it, and our own website tracks no one.
We build for the long term
Institutions that move money plan in years. We choose foundations — security, auditability, recoverability — that hold for as long.

Tell us what you need

If you are responsible for payments, merchant risk or security at a financial institution, we would like to hear what you need.
